Optimistic businesses are opening up to new cost effective ideas

Finally, after many months of economic darkness there are many indicators that are now pointing to the light at the end of the recession tunnel. And, we are starting to breathe a collective sigh of relief, albeit a cautious one. Although now is the time to act and embrace this new lease of life, finances are still a major issue for many, and so companies are still looking to ensure their marketing is as cost effective as possible. The results of a recent Business Link survey suggest that e-marketing might be the way to go:

‘Optimistic businesses are open to new ideas and tools to help them progress. Supporting findings from an additional poll we ran showed a positive move towards e – marketing.  46 per cent surveyed felt it was vital, 34 per cent felt it was important and 20 per cent felt it was worth pursing.  With technology changing quicker than the weather, businesses need to react quickly to customer needs – otherwise, the customer goes elsewhere!’
